At The Limes we offer Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapy for restoring pelvic health, bladder and bowel function.
Our expert clinician has over 15 years experience in this field and is passionate about supporting women. She has attained continence training at Masters Level, studied with The Institute of Functional Medicine and The Integrated Women's Health Institute to gain in-depth knowledge in treating complex pelvic pain conditions and has gained invaluable skills to assess and treat the pregnant and postpartum client after studying under Diane Lee (author and lecturer on the pelvis and Integrated Systems Model). She has also completed APPI training qualifying her to run pilates classes for pre and post natal clients and Burrell Education courses to promote safe fitness for women.
