Physiotherapy Initial Consultation

£65 for 60 mins

— Includes:

  • Full assessment (Integrated systems model assessing for dysfunctional movement strategies)

  • Clinical diagnosis

  • Outline of treatment options, goals and plan

  • Written reports (charged as extra)

Physiotherapy Follow Up

£65 for 60 mins, £58 for 50 mins, £45 for 30 mins

— Treatment Options include:

  • Manual therapy (incl. joint mobilisations, massage, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, scar tissue release)

  • Taping, strapping, orthotics

  • Acupuncture (TCM and dry needling, trigger point release)

  • Electrotherapy (Ultrasound and red light therapy)

  • Exercise therapy

  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Recommendations

Massage Therapy

Sports Massage £50 for 40mins
Full Body Massage £65 for 60mins
Pregnancy/Post-partum massage £65 for 60mins

 

Nutritional Therapy 

Complementary discovery call 10mins

Initial Nutrition Consultation £150 Incl. Health Optimisation Plan, supplement and functional test recommendations

Follow up Nutrition Consultation £90

Pilates Thursdays 6.15pm by Sophia (Pilates Instructor and Movement Specialist)

Currently the clinic only accepts BACS or cash
