Classes & Group Sessions

Exercise classes are run regularly by a qualified physiotherapist. 

Classes are open to all ages and ability

  • Pilates (beginners and intermediates mat work)

  • Pre and Post-Natal Pilates

  • Yoga as Therapy

  • Pregnancy Fitness

  • Post-Partum Fitness

  • Mindfulness yoga

All classes are for 60 minute duration (including 10 minutes for refreshments).  Class size is limited to 8-10 clients

We can also offer 1-1 sessions to ensure fitness goals are achieved safely and effectively
