Jacqueline qualified as a Physiotherapist at Kings College, London in 1999. She has remained extremely committed to optimising her clients function and wellbeing and as a result is constantly developing skills and knowledge through continuing education. She has studied, and continues to study, with a variety of Institutes; Barral Institute of Visceral Manipulation, Integrative Women's Health Institute, Burrell Education, The Institute of Functional Medicine and with Diane Lee: Integrative Systems Model and LJ Lee: Connect Therapy. Jacqueline has more recently completed 4 years of study with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and integrates nutrition and lifestyle medicine into her practice.
Jacqueline strives to provide a holistic approach at The Limes Clinic and as such works closely with an amazing team of Professionals offering: psychotherapy, counselling, reflexology, pilates and massage therapy.
Sophia Vrissanaki
Massage Therapist / Pilates Instructor
Bachelors (HONS) in Dance studies
Sophia graduated in 2001 from the University of Surrey Roehampton with a honours degree in Dance studies and in 2004 she became a certified Pilates Instructor by the Pilates Foundation. Sophia teaches both pilates group classes and 1:1 sessions in mat work and studio equipment (incl. reformer pilates).
Sophia has continued her passion in movement analysis and body work, obtaining a diploma in advanced clinical and sports massage therapy with the Jing Method and as such can treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, repetitive strain injury.
Combining massage and movement techniques, Sophia has created a successful approach to restoring optimal movement and return to sport.
Keen to advance her manual skills, Sophia is currently studying Osteopathy.
